1. How do you earn reward points
Every time you make online purchase on our website, you earn 1 reward point for every $1 you spend. The numbers of reward points will depend on the amount of transaction as well. e.g. Mr. Peter place an order for $1000. He will get 1000 reward point. The 1000 reward point will be credited to his account immediately. You can check your reward points by login to our website www.gemstarco.com.
A. Welcome reward point: For every new customer who registered with us will be credited 500 reward points to his account.
B. Regular reward point: You will earn 1 reward point for every $1 you spend. The numbers of reward points will depend on the amount of transaction as well. e.g. Mr. Peter place an order for $1000. He will get 1000 reward point. The 1000 reward point will be credited to his account immediately.
C. Promotional Reward Point: Promotional reward points will give you double benefits. You will earn 2 reward point or 3 reward points for every $1 you spend. e.g. Mr. Peter place an order for $1000. He will get 2000 reward point. The 2000 reward point will be credited to his account immediately.
2. Redemption value of reward points
The reward point can't be converted into cash, gifts or past outstanding invoices. Every reward will cost you a number of point that will require to be able to redeem your reward point. The 1 reward point is equivalent to the $0.01. This will be known by the value of the merchandise you wish to redeem for the points. E.g. If you place an order for $1000 and you have $500 reward point in your cart. If you wish to redeem your reward point then your cart will get by $5.00 discount. Your total payable amount will $995.
3.Do reward points expire?
Keep eye on your reward points. We have credited complimentary 500 points to every registered retailer account. Your reward points may expire after a certain period. The reward points expire after 6 months if you will not make any online purchase on our website.
4.Reward points eligibility:
The STAR POINT reward program is applicable for only online purchase/online orders. Our STAR POINT reward program is may not be available for phone orders or email orders.
5. Transfer Points:
Reward points will not be transfer from one account to another account.
