RETURN POLICY |

- No returns will be allowed after 15 days of the invoice date. For special circumstances, our Returns Manager will assign an RA number.
- Any diamond ring Re-Sizing will not be refunded or exchanged and all warranty will be void.
- Gem Star, is not responsible and will not warrantee diamonds that have fallen out of mountings due to sizing or everyday use. We will repair for a nominal charge.
- All after sale merchandise dealt with, must carry the Gem Star, price tag. If the tag is not present or has been tampered with, this will void all warranties.
- RETURN AUTHORIZATION - an (R.A. #) must be assigned before sending Gem Star any returns or exchanges. ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES ARE UPON APPROVAL.
- Any merchandise sent to Gem Star for a return/exchange, not accompanying a R.A. #, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- Obtaining an R.A. # does not automatically define approval of a return/exchange. The merchandise will be evaluated for approval status once received.
- There will be a $35USD returned check fee. This pertains to all checks, money orders and cashier checks.
- ALL INVOICES ARE IN UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD). ALL FOREIGN CURRENCIES AND PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS ARE SUBJECT TO FINAL PAYMENTS BY OUR BANK.
